Business Days
KusadasiGuide Shopping processes and ships orders on business days only. Orders are processed Monday through Friday at 12:00 PM GMT. For example: if you placed your order at 8:30 AM GMT on Monday, we would process your order that day, and ship according to the availability of the items ordered. If you placed your order at 4:00 PM GMT on Monday, it would not be processed until Tuesday.
Product Availability
For some of the products, KusadasiGuide Shopping works with an extensive network of the manufacturers to offer our customers an unparalleled selection and the lowest prices on all our products.
If a product is not at our stock, you may still purchase it with and your product will be shipped to you as soon as it is provided by the manufacturer.
Some backorders (the products that are not in stock) come in the very next day, some within a few days, and some never come in. Those that arrive often arrive in 3-10 days. We will try to get the item for 45 days, after which it is automatically cancelled and we notify you by e-mail. Your credit card is charged only when items ship.
As backordered items ship, they are sent via Air Mail regardless of original shipping method. When additional items ship, you are charged the initial shipping and handling charge again. |
